We’re currently expanding our coop and run to welcome more hens and prepare for future egg sales.
Our rainbow basket eggs — blues, greens, browns, and creams — will be available starting March 2027 as operations grow.
You’ll find us at select farmers markets, or if you’re near Tucson Mountain Park West, we offer local delivery drop-offs.
Each egg is gathered fresh, laid by heritage hens living their natural rhythms under desert shade.
Our eggs come from hens raised in a regenerative system where the land, the soil, and the birds all support one another. Because our girls forage naturally under palo verde shade — eating insects, greens, seeds, and whatever the desert offers — their eggs are naturally higher in nutrients, richer in color, and fuller in flavor than conventional store‑bought eggs.
We never force production. The hens live by the rhythm of the seasons, and their diet shifts with the desert bloom. This creates eggs that are deeply seasonal, deeply nutritious, and a true reflection of the land they’re laid on.
These are real eggs — regenerative, ethically produced, and gathered fresh from hens who live the way chickens are meant to live.
